$150 to $299.99 - 10%
$300+ - 20%

- Payment for online orders is by credit card only, no checks. No orders will ship until payment is received.
- PayPal payments may be made through PayPal’s Secure Payment Processor. The shopping cart will direct you to the Secure Payment Processor at PayPal and will send UGC an email when payment is approved. No orders will ship until payment is received.
PayPal is available to most International customers, also. Go to https://www.paypal.com and click on the Worldwide link to determine if your country is in PayPal’s International system and to open an account. Sometimes there is a small fee for first-time use for International customers for PayPal to verify your credit card information.
- Personal checks, money orders and International money orders are not accepted for online ordering but are available for payment on phone orders. Please use the shopping cart and choose "Will Call with Credit Card Details" for your payment option.
All orders are payable in US funds only.
Wire transfers – Contact our office for information on how to execute a wire transfer. Check with your bank to determine if there is a "middle bank fee" charged as that will be the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the total of your order.
- Orders are filled and shipped in the order they are received.
- Orders are shipped by customer choice, either United States Postal Service or UPS. If a different method of shipping is desired contact the UGC office. Note that for UPS a street address is required as they do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Our cart "estimates" the shipping charge based on your zip code, postal zone and country. If there is a discrepancy in the amount charged and the actual shipping cost you will be notified.
Returns / Missing Items / Damages
- There is no return on books, DVD’s or packets. Please be sure you are not ordering duplicates.
- Any item being returned must have prior authorization before a refund or credit is issued.
Inspect your order upon arrival. Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days upon receipt of order or no credit/refund will be issued.
Items offered at closeout pricing will be identified, are available only while supplies last and are not returnable.
